Bespoke builds

Sometimes you don't need training. You need it built. From £7,500.

Voice-to-report systems, client hubs, advanced automations, agents, a company brain, reporting workflows that run every week without you. We scope it on a call, build it fast, train your team on it, and hand it over. Most builds carry a small monthly platform fee to keep them running and improving. Bigger, multi-team engagements are scoped on the call.

Do I need any technical background?
No. If you can use email, you have the skills you need. We start from business problems and work backwards to the right tools.
How much does Practical AI cost?
Half-day Intensive £3,500, Full-day £6,500 (usually split across two teams, morning and afternoon), Ongoing Partnership from £3,500/month, Bespoke builds from £7,500. Discovery call is free.
How is this different from a Udemy course?
Udemy is video content you watch alone. This is hands-on, in-person training. 70% of the time is spent working directly on your day-to-day workflows.
What tools will we actually use?
Most of our training is in Claude, but we work with ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot too. Day to day that is often Claude Cowork, with Granola for meetings, Wispr Flow for voice, and Claude Code or Codex for technical builds.
What if AI changes after my session?
It will. That's why we teach ways of thinking, problem framing, context engineering and tool selection, so the skills keep working as the tools change.
Is it for individuals or teams?
Both. We run 1:1 sessions and small group sessions (typically up to 5). We also run larger-group sessions and team rollouts. Tailored to fit.
